Shipping & Returns Policy
1. ShippingAll orders are shipped from Serbia via the national postal operator - Pošta Srbije;
Each package is provided with a tracking number for monitoring delivery;
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the destination country and package weight.
Shipping to the USA
Due to current customs and logistics restrictions, shipments to the USA are only available via DHL;
The Serbian Post is temporarily unable to ship to the USA due to changes in US customs regulations;
If you need information on shipping costs or options to the USA, please contact us in advance.
2. Customs & Import DutiesPackages crossing international borders may be subject to customs clearance;
All customs fees, taxes, and handling or storage charges are the responsibility of the buyer;
We declare the actual value of the items and shipping on customs forms - this is standard international practice;
For any questions regarding customs clearance, please refer to the information on your country’s national postal operator’s website.
3. Non-Delivery Due to Buyer’s ResponsibilityA package may be returned if:
- the buyer fails to collect it on time from the post office;
- the buyer does not respond to SMS/email notifications;
- the shipping address or contact information is incorrect or incomplete;
- the postal service is unable to contact the recipient;
- the recipient ignores delivery attempts.
In such cases:
- The package is returned to us, and we cover the cost of return, which in Serbia equals the original shipping cost;
- Reshipping is only possible at the buyer’s expense;
- Before reshipping, an invoice will be issued for: the new shipping cost, return shipping cost, any additional expenses related to the return.
- If the buyer refuses reshipping, a refund will be issued deducting all incurred costs (original shipping, return shipping, fees).
4. Returns Due to Customs Non-ComplianceIn some countries, packages require the buyer’s participation in customs clearance
(providing documents, confirming the value, paying import duties or taxes).
If the buyer:
- does not respond to customs requests;
- does not provide the necessary documents;
- does not pay customs duties;
- or ignores notifications, the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, the same rules apply;
- Reshipping is at the buyer’s expense;
Costs of return and any customs-related fees (fines, storage, handling) must be paid by the buyer;
If reshipping is not required, a refund will be issued deducting all incurred expenses.
We cannot influence customs procedures and are not responsible for delays or returns caused by the buyer’s lack of response.
5. Product ReturnsYou may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
Items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged);
Original packaging is preferred;
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
6. Shipping Issues & DelaysWe are not responsible for delays caused by:
- postal services;
- international logistics;
- customs clearance;
- the recipient’s lack of response.
If delivery is impossible for objective reasons, we will contact you to find a solution: reshipping, changing the delivery method, or refund.
